You pay a one-time $999 Activation Fee. This covers the hard costs that traditional agents usually front (Photography, RMS Measurements, Admin Setup).
We launch your listing on the MLS®, Realtor.ca, and syndicated sites. We install the signage, handle the showing requests, and manage the marketing. You get the full exposure of a top-tier brokerage without the inflated fees.
When an offer comes in, we handle the negotiations, paperwork, and conditions just like any other full-service agent. Upon a successful closing, you pay a simple 0.5% Success Fee to Frame Realty Group.
Great question. To ensure your home is shown by other agents, we recommend offering a competitive commission to the buyer's agent. This is paid from the sale proceeds, just like in a traditional sale.
In the unlikely event your home doesn't sell, you do not pay the 0.5% success fee. The $999 activation fee is non-refundable as it covers the third-party costs (photos/measurements), but you retain full ownership of those marketing assets to use however you wish.
